Shipping Policy

All Homebound Lane products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

At this time, Homebound Lane ships within the United States only.
